2You each get the same card and quietly pick the option that's true for you.
3Once you've both answered, the card reveals both picks at the same time.

Tips

Start with the lighter deck (city lights or starry sky, chai or coffee) before moving to the ones about exes, money or the future.
Resist the urge to change your answer once you see theirs — the honest mismatch is the interesting part.
If a card sparks a real conversation, let the game pause there. The point of the card is to open the door, not to rush through it.
Play a few rounds right before bed — it's a nice, low-effort way to end the day together.
If you keep landing on the same answer as each other, that's worth noticing too — not every interesting result is a mismatch.

Vanilla and Icebreakers are light and quick. All About Us and Dilemmas ask harder questions about money, exes, honesty and the future. Hypothetical is pure "what if" fun with no real stakes.

How many cards are in each deck?

Enough for several full rounds without repeating — each round deals ten fresh cards from the deck's pool.

Do we see each other's answer before we pick?

No — you each answer privately first, then the card reveals both picks together. That's what keeps the answers honest instead of copied.
